Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.
Provide an unboxing video or clear images as proof of damage/defect.
Please note: We do not accept returns on used or opened skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
The product is received damaged.
You received the wrong item.
In such cases, once your return is approved, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Our team will verify and guide you through the return/exchange process.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable. Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Products purchased during sales or special promotions are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Noura reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the claim does not meet our policy terms.
